Opti.List is a non-proprietary and cross-sectoral archive component to complement any business software. The multifunctional archive- and analysis software Opti.List can be most beneficially employed when legally compliant data archiving simultaneously facilitates the shut down of existing legacy systems. The software guarantees the required audit-proof long-term availability of the compulsory stored data and allows full-text search of the archived data. The programme collects all tax-relevant data from all productive systems and transfers them to its own external archive in accordance with the description standard. Supported are all common source formats, printed files as well as information from databases (ODBC) and others. At the same time storage in the newly generated archive meets all legal requirements. The user can access information as before and utilise it for his applications or pass it on to third-parties in line with legal guidelines. Additionally it is ensured that all data structures and check sums are maintained (auditing acceptability) However, Opti.List allows the fiscal authorities only access to the data which you have authorised. The data files prepared for auditing and structural information are archived on a data carrier in an unmodifiable, audit-proof format and ready for inspection.
