Process documentation for archive systems? Why?
To create a traceable documentation of the origination-, storage-, and reproduction process of your data and eliminate tampering.
- The process documentation must make contents, structure and progress of the accounting technique clearly apparent
- The taxable company is responsible to the fiscal authority to produce and maintain process documentation. Is the process documentation missing or incomplete the accounting does not comply with the rules of orderly bookkeeping!
- The process documentation is based on the comprehensible and verifiable rules and regulations of the HGB and GoBS (principles of orderly electronic bookkeeping systems)
