GDPdU-Solution Opti.List - Opti.View

When it comes to auditing of Opti.List®- archives, it does no longer matter. With Opti.View you are present without being on the premises.

Opti.View is the analysis tool with quick and easy integration of BI-functionality. Benefit from Opti.View for the decentralized auditing of archived Opti.List data. Encrypted data packets can be passed from the Opti.List data archive to decentralized locations.

They can be single or multiple archive objects or processed Z3-Data sets. When new data is transferred to the decentralized locations the user will be informed by e-mail.

In the case of an external audit by the finance authority Opti.View ensures the evaluability of the stored data according to Z1 (direct data access), Z2 (indirect data access), and Z3 (data medium transfer).

Therefore Opti.View is the ideal complement for the decentralized evaluation of archived data in the external data archive Opti.List.
