Currently there are more than 6.000 ERP- and sub-ledger systems available. All these systems manage data but not all of them export the data in accordance with GDPdU regulations. We are happy to check for you whether the data export from your system is GDPdU-compliant and if the description standard is being adhered to.

Some systems do not possess an “IDEA/GDPdU export function”. For such systems Opti.List lends itself on two counts:

• Regardless of the format of the available data – Opti.List will generate the description standard required by law.
• As Opti.List processes the data it will be immediately stored in a compliant format, so that productive systems can be relieved. Data analysis is still ensured through a variety of analysis tools.

Furthermore within the framework of analysis tools Opti.List lends itself as a small BI-tool. Because data from varying ERP- and sub-ledger systems is stored in Opti.List, it can be used for detailed cross-data analysis.
